Dam: GTO Ranch Isle of Islay (SonFlower Ranch’s Grover x Green Gables Cookie Doe)
Born 2-15-21; this little gal will be a compact, wide, level milker. She stands 25.5″ at 2 years old. She is friendly with a 75% Green Gables pedigree, so we expect a sweet personality and a socked on udder. Goldilocks competed in our Mile High Mini Milkers Show. She placed 8th and 4th out of 9 entries and was praised for her uphill stance.
Goldie freshened in Feb 2023 with a lovely, soft FF udder. She performed well on her first 1-day test, producing 4.08lbs and 3.75% butterfat at 5 weeks fresh.
Markings/Pattern: Very light red bezoar (gold), white blaze on face and white poll, frosted ears, heavy roaning.
Kidding History:
2023: twin bucklings, easy labor.
Goldie’s FF Udder
Praise for Goldie at the 2021 TMGR Conformation Clinic:
Decent topline with correct shoulder assembly. She needs to be wider in front with more depth in the brisket. Front legs are straight but she needs more angulaton in her rear legs. She shows adequate dairy strength but more width throughout would give her more angularity.

Feedback From the 2022 TMGR Conformation Clinic
Another really balanced young doe. In dairy strength, she has good angle for the rib and increasing depth in the rear barrel. She is clean in the thigh and smoothly blended from her neck into her shoulders. I would like to see more levelness in her rump, but I appreciate the flatness across the rump. She is strong in her feet and legs with good angulation, although the steep rump is making her legs look less angulated. I think she could benefit with a bit more bone, but I appreciate her dairyness.
