Sire: Soaring Heart’s Mal Maison *B (SS: FMCH Echo Hill’s Rio Bravo *B, SD: FMCH Soaring Heart’s Rose Bonaparte *P)

Dam: Paradise Charming (DS: Blue Oak’s Ferdinand, DD: Blue Oak’s Hidden Treasure)

Born 1/11/16, small frame. Official height 26″ at 2.5 years old. Lucky is a long, level “very dairy” girl. She has lovely breed character (especially for an F3), with long ears and a delicate roman nose. She has great rear-udder height and nice medial and lateral attachments. Her foreudder has developed a pocket with this freshening, but her teats have good placement and size. Her udder is soft and easy to milk out.  I acquired her after her first delivery – it was a difficult dystocia and her kid did not survive the first few days. The following year she had a large, healthy buckling who has done wonders for her milk supply. Her next freshening produced 3 triplets…we retained the doeling, Fortuna, and Lucky has moved on to another Colorado farm.

Kidding History: 2017, Singleton doeling, died; 2018, Singleton buckling; 2019, one doeling and 2 bucklings

Praise for Lucky in the 2018 TMGR Caprine Conformation Clinic:

A very dairy 2 year old 2nd freshening Mini Nubian. Long and elegant in her neck that blends smoothly into her sharp dairy withers. Good length throughout. Nice front end assembly with her legs set directly under her withers.
