The egg-laying kind, specifically. We have decided to add some egg-layers to Size Matters. The order came from Cackle Hatchery (www.cacklehatchery.com) today and all chicks were alive and vigorous! As many of you know, this is our second go-round with chickens as we had to cull our flock last fall due to Mycoplasma Synoviae. After successfully raising some meaty Freedom Rangers in the late fall, we are now ready to re-join the egg-production game. Here’s what we have:
